Rawalpindi court has awarded life imprisonment and fine of 500,000 to key convict of murder and dacoit case and ten years imprisonment to his accomplice on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The sentence was pronounced by Additional Sessions Judge Muzaffar Nawaz Malik. According to FIR, Ishaq was given life imprisonment and a fine of Rs500,000 and 10 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs200,000 was awarded to Waqas for robbery.
According to the police, the criminals had shot and killed the security guard of a medicine company during a robbery bid. The case of the incident was registered in Sadrwah police station in April 2024 and in view of the solid evidence and effective prosecution of the case, the court awarded sentence to the criminals.
