BISE Mirpur announces intermediate part-II results

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, announced the results of the Intermediate Part-II (Composite) Annual Examination 2025 on Sunday, 24NewsHd TV reported. 

According to official figures, out of 48,301 registered candidates, 34,170 appeared in the exams, while 25,375 passed, putting the overall pass percentage at 65 percent.

The success rate of regular candidates stood at an impressive 74 percent, whereas private candidates recorded a comparatively lower pass percentage of 41.86.

The board confirmed that the result cards of regular candidates have been dispatched to their respective institutions via registered mail, while those of private candidates are being sent through ordinary post.

In the pre-medical (Girls) group, students delivered outstanding performances.

First position was secured by Isra Umar, daughter of Umar Jaleel, roll number 501906, of Mirpur Science College for Girls, with 1,161 marks out of 1,200.
Second position went to Iqra Azhar, daughter of Azhar-ur-Rehman, roll number 503594, from The Innovators School and College, Samahni, Bhimber, who scored 1,158 marks.

Third position was obtained by Nasiha Majeed, daughter of Muhammad Majeed, roll number 504137, with 1,156 marks.

At the All-Kashmir level, the overall top positions were also dominated by female students.

Isra Umar of Mirpur Science College for Girls emerged as the overall topper, with 1,161 marks.

Hina Babbar, daughter of Babar Hussain, from Star Institute of Modern Studies, Rawalakot, Poonch, clinched the second position, securing 1,159 marks.

Iqra Azhar of The Innovators School and College, Samahni, Bhimber, achieved the third position, with 1,158 marks.
