At least three persons sustained critical injuries when unknown armed assailants hurled a hand-grenade at a private office in the Hazar Ganji area of Quetta on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to police, all the injured were employees of the same office.
A heavy contingent of law enforcement personnel reached the site immediately after the attack, cordoning off the area and collecting evidence.
The wounded victims were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
This latest attack comes weeks after a deadly explosion in Quetta.
In February 2025, four Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel embraced martyrdom, and three others were critically injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in the Margate area.
That incident targeted security forces while they were attempting to dispose of another IED planted in the region.
The martyred FC personnel were later identified as Subedar Shahzad Amin, Naib Subedar Abbas, Sepoy Khalil, and Sepoy Zahid.
