A soldier embraces martyrdom in a firefight with terrorists in Bannu, ISPR said on Saturday.
During an intelligence-based operation in Jani Khel of Bannu, the lawmen killed four terrorists, the military media wing said, adding that arms and ammunition were also recovered.
The martyred soldier is 25-year-old Sepoy Muhammad Wasim from Khairpur.
The ISPR said the terrorists were involved in targeting security forces and killing of innocent citizens.
