Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director-General Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry held a special interactive session with faculty members and students at the University of Gwadar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to a statement of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), DG ISPR was warmly received by the university’s teachers, faculty members, and students upon his arrival.
During the session, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry engaged in a detailed discussion with students and faculty on national and regional issues.
He also briefed participants on state-related disinformation and anti-state propaganda circulating on social media, providing awareness and clarification on how misinformation is spread and countered.
Students of the University of Gwadar expressed that the Pakistan Army has always defended the state, the Constitution, and national dignity. They said the session helped clear existing misconceptions and provided factual evidence to counter false narratives.
The students termed the interaction informative and beneficial and paid tribute to the unwavering commitment of the Pakistan Army for standing with the nation in challenging times.

The faculty and students said people of Pakistan and the Armed Forces are united to face any threat to national security.
During the session, the students said the youth is determined to play its role in defending the motherland.
The students said they will thwart the enemy's misleading narrative on social media.
