The gold and silver prices fell sharply for the consecutive second day as 24-karat gold price decreased by $255 per ounce in the global market while one-tola rate in Pakistan market plummeted by another Rs25,500 on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
After gold price decreased by $255, the new rate of gold is $4,895 an ounce in the international market.
The gold price decreased by Rs25,500 to Rs511,862 per tola in Pakistani market while the gold price went down by Rs21,862 to Rs438,839 per 10 grams.
The rate of one tola of silver decreased by Rs2,063 to Rs9,006.
