The United Arab Emirates has announced new petrol and diesel prices for June 2026, with fuel rates continuing their upward trend following a sharp rise in global oil prices over recent months, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.

According to the latest pricing update, petrol prices have increased for the third consecutive month. The rise comes amid a nearly 50 percent increase in international oil prices between February and May.

As per the announcement, the new rates will take effect from 1 June 2026 across the UAE.

Under the revised pricing structure, Super 98 petrol will cost Dh3.95 per litre, up from Dh3.66 in May.

Special 95 petrol has been increased to Dh3.83 per litre from the current Dh3.55, while E-Plus 91 petrol will rise to Dh3.76 per litre compared with the previous rate of Dh3.48.

Diesel prices, however, have moved in the opposite direction. Diesel will be sold at Dh4.33 per litre in June, down from Dh4.69 per litre in May.

The latest adjustments reflect ongoing fluctuations in the global energy market, with petrol prices continuing to respond to higher crude oil costs, while diesel has recorded a modest decline for the month ahead.
