Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon Thursday said Imran Khan deserves to be disqualified and sentenced to prison for at least seven years, reported 24 News HD TV Channel.

The days of blue-eyed Imran Khan are numbered and his party Tehreek-e-Insaaf has no room to do politics in the future after receiving illegal foreign funding, he asserted while addressing a press conference in Karachi.

The minister claimed that the federal government is showing so far lenience toward Imran Khan. The government can arrest him and put him behind the bar if it desires.

If Islamabad arrests him and hands him over to the Sindh government then we can provide him good service and take care of him, he remarked sarcastically.

Memon alleged that Imran received funds from some people who had been caught in serious crimes abroad. Now, Imran Khan wants anarchy in the country by bringing people to the streets, if you want to protest, bring your children along with the youth to the streets, he advised.

The provincial information minister said that we do not want to come to the streets as we have full confidence in the country's courts but there is no room for favoritism in the country now.

PTI could form the government only if it will survive the mega foreign funding scam, he hinted.
