The Members of Parliament (MPs) of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Thursday managed to reach outside the office of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in Islamabad after crossing the barbed wires on Constitution Avenue, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The PTI MPs were stopped at the gate of the election commission by heavy contingents of police and Rangers.

The PTI MPs reportedly manhandled policemen deployed outside the commission’s office.

Pertinent to note that the PTI had called for a protest outside the office of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against the decision of the commission in the prohibited foreign funding case.
