The dense fog engulfed the Kala Shah Kaku Interchange on Thursday night as the visibility was down to 40-meters. 

In a statement issued here, the National Highways and Motorway Police issued guidelines for road users about how to drive safe in the foggy weather conditions.

The Motorway Police said fog had been a major cause of serious accidents, therefore road users should use fog lights to avoid mishaps.
