PDM bigwigs meeting on Dec 5 as ‘N’ drops resignations proposal

The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) steering committee important meeting will be convened virtually on Dec 5 as PML-N has backtracked on its proposal to resign from Parliament, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

The meeting will be chaired by PML-N leader and former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi. This meeting of the steering committee of the PDM will be virtual.

24News got the one-point agenda of the PDM meeting that will decide the future strategy of the anti-government movement.

According to sources, the PDM has withdrawn from the issue of resignations. The PDM will now launch an anti-government movement without resignations. 

The meeting will announce a strategy for anti-government protests in various cities across the country.

Earlier, a meeting of the steering committee of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) on its future strategy and long march was held in Islamabad last Monday under the chairmanship of PDM President Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
