Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed remarked on Thursday that no federal secretary is performing his duty in the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

During a hearing of the case, the Chief Justice said all secretaries are just writing letters which is the job of the clerks.

Justice Gulzar Ahmed said “I don’t understand why the government is keeping these secretaries.”
