PM Imran Khan s 47 foreign trips cost over Rs200m

Prime Minister Imran Khan has made 47 overseas trips since he came to power in 2018 at a cost of more than 200 million rupees, reported 24NewsHD TV on Tuesday.

At the request of the opposition, the government presented the details of PM Imran foreign travel and spending to the Senate.

Imran Khan visited the UAE, China and Malaysia in 2018 at a cost of more than Rs40.6 million.

The prime minister made 16 overseas visits in 2019 at a cost of more than Rs116.91 million.

In 2020, he spent Rs136.37 million on four trips abroad.

In 2021, the Premier’s five foreign trips cost Rs276.2 million.

According to the details presented in the Senate, the Prime Minister has made a total of 47 visits abroad at a cost of more than Rs203,767 million.
