Gold price maintains upwards trajectory

The price of gold Saturday witnessed a small jump, due to the depreciation in value of Pakistani rupees, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The price of 24-carat gold spiked by Rs100 per tola.

With this increase, the price of 24-carat gold reached Rs139,200.

The price of 10-gram gold of 24-carat has also popped slightly by Rs86 to reach Rs119,342. The price of 10-gram gold of 22-carat has surged by Rs78 and now is being traded for Rs109,396.

The price of 24-carat silver remained stable by Rs1570. 

The price of 10-gram silver is being traded for Rs1346.02 with same price.

In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has decreased by $16. The international rate for gold per ounce has now reached $1851.
