Biker’s father files FIR against former CJP Iftikhar Chaudhry

In an incident case of former Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry's car hitting two motorcyclists, one of the bikers' father Muhammad Ilyas Abbasi filed an application at Aabpara police station for registration of a First information report (FIR) against Iftikhar Chaudhry, reported 24NewsHD TV on Thursday.

The compliant said, his son was passing by on a motorcycle near Kashmir Highway Sports Complex, when the car of former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry hit his son's motorcycle.

The complaint stated, former Chief Justice's guard tortured his son and claimed that the former CJP, himself fled the scene.

He further added: “My son's leg bone was broken in the accident which left my son physically disabled.”

A case should be registered against former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry, Muhammad Ilyas Abbasi (complaint) said.
