Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has come up with a “novel idea” for Indian to ensure its place in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup being played in Dubai, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The witty Pakistani minister has advised the Indians to send fake emails to the UAE authorities which would lead the New Zealand team to run away from Dubai on the pretext of security.
The New Zealanders’ exit will pave the way for the Indian team to qualify for the World Cup semi-finals.

It may be mentioned here that the Pakistan team had already qualified for the semi-finals while another semi-final spot from Group B was up for grabs.
New Zealand is a hot favourite to qualify for the semi-finals as it has yet to play low-ranked teams like Afghanistan. India, which won its first match against Afghanistan yesterday, is yet to play Namibia and Scotland.
Indians are now hoping for an upset win for Afghanistan against New Zealand which will clear the way for the Indian team to vie for the semi-final spot.
Pakistan cricket authorities were left fuming after New Zealand ended the tour minutes before the start of the first One-Day International in Rawalpindi early last month, citing an unspecified security alert.
Three days later, England also cancelled its men’s and women’s teams’ tours of Pakistan scheduled for October citing the “mental and physical well-being” of the players.
