Female racer case: Islamabad police refuse to arrest private housing society employee as accused

Islamabad police have refused to arrest an employee of a housing society in connection with the death of a citizen in a high-speed jeep collision in Sector F-11 of Islamabad.

According to the details, vehicle number AFR 021 is registered in the name of a Private Housing Society (Top City).

An employee of a private housing society was produced as an accused in place of the female accused.

According to police, Salma Khan was driving the car. It should be noted that the female racer Salma Khan has obtained bail from the local court of Islamabad before her arrest.

Earlier, Islamabad Police Station Shalimar registered an FIR against an unknown female driver on behalf of Zahoor Ahmed—father of the victim boy who lost his life in the accident.  

The incident occurred in front of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) College in Sector F-11 Markaz.

FIR stated that the female driver who was recognized as Salma Marwat fled the scene leaving behind her jeep.
