In a grisly incident, dead body of a woman was found with her throat slit from a flat in Block-17 Gulistan-e-Johar area of Karachi on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

An argument over the sale of the apartment allegedly led to the woman’s death, according to the police.

The son, Shoaib, cut his mother's throat with a knife when she refused to sell the flat. 

However, the police managed to arrest the accused and started further proceeding.
