Deedar is one of the renowned names in Pakistani Punjabi theatre. Deedar; also the sister of Nargis had great success in her career as she was a great performer of dance and acting. At that time her Punjabi theatre was famous for shows running for years with great business and people from prestigious positions came to support the plays as well as the artists.

Things started getting off-road later as vulgarity increased and many seasoned actors and actresses quit theatre.

Deedar said that the kind of competition started in how the theatre’s standards were tanking and made her take the decision of quitting. She had her mother’s salon already at the age of 2 which she later decided to concentrate on it.
