Asif Ali Zardari, Shujaat Hussain ponder over Punjab situation

Former president Asif Ali Zardari visited the residence of former prime minister Shujaat Hussain, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday. Asif Zardari is in Lahore on a mission to save the Punjab Assembly from dissolution as announced by PTI leader Imran Khan after the failure of the Haqeeqi Azadi March on Nov 27. 

The two leaders discussed the overall political situation, especially in Punjab. They are believed to have discussed the option of tabling the vote of no-confidence against the sitting Chief Minister, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi.

The leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Q, Tariq Bashir Cheema and Rukhsana Bangash were also present.
