Six members of a family including two women were killed in a dreadful road accident here on Friday.

According to details, a car carrying a family of village 96/15-L to Mohsinwal got out of control and it rammed into a tree near Chak No 117 in Khanewal.

Six family members including Eid Muhammad, his two sons Saifullah, Sanaullah, two women and a minor girl were killed in the accident.

The car completely destroyed in the accident and the body was pulled out by cutting the car and shifted to hospital where they were handed over to heirs after legal formalities.

An environment of grief prevailed in the village over sudden death of six family members.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has also expressed grief over the sad demise of six people of same family.
