Finally two and half years after taking office, the Federal Ministry of Commerce has recommended the appointment of Secretary Trade Development Authority (TDA) as Pakistan Expo Centre chairman, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The post of Pakistan Expo Centre Chief Executive (CE) has been lying vacant since May 31, 2018. 

SM Muneer was the Expo Center head when Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was in power. 

It is expected that the federal cabinet would approve the appointment of Pakistan Expo Centre chairman at its upcoming meeting.
