Ishaq Dar mocks Imran for his ‘lockdown confusion’

PML-N leader and former finance minister Ishaq Dar blasted Prime Minister Imran Khan for his incoherent messaging on the coronavirus pandemic, saying he was totally confused on the issue.

In a tweet, he shared different statements given by the prime minister during the past few weeks and questioned whether it was the way to run the state affairs.

Imran’s statements shared by Dar as a sample were: I won’t go for lockdown; there would have been severe damage if lockdown wasn’t imposed; lockdown harmed the poor; lockdown is damaging the economy.

The former finance minister, who is currently in London, shared some other famous assertions too: the elite announced the lockdown; lockdown saved us from huge loss; we cannot afford more lockdown.
