LHC to hear Rana Sana’s plea seeking exclusion from NAB probe

Two-member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqir Najfi will hear the case on Nov 7

The Lahore High Court (LHC) has admitted for regular hearing a petition filed by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah seeking his exclusion from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) investigation, reported 24NEWSHD TV channel on Saturday.

Two-member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqir Najfi will hear the petition on November 7. Advocate Amjad Pervez will appear before the court on the behalf of Rana Sanaullah. Whereas, special prosecutor Syed Faisal Raza Bukhari will appear before the court from the NAB side.
