A fire broke out in a bank building in Kutchery Chowk of Faisalabad on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The blaze engulfed the seventh floor of the building as the fire brigade was called in to extinguish the fire.

There were reports that several bank employees were trapped on the top floor of the building.

Eyewitnesses said the band building was being evacuated.

Rescue officials said the cause of the blaze was yet to be ascertained. There was no loss of life reported yet, they added.
