Four people including a man and his son died after slipping and falling into a water trough at a factory in Nawabshah on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The incident occurred in the basement of a pickle factory in Hashim Town area of Nawabshah where a labourer fell into the trough after slipping. In an attempt to save him, a man and his son rushed to the trough but they also perished. 

After the incident, the police and rescue teams reached the accident site and retrieved the bodies from the trough.

The bodies of the four deceased were shifted to a hospital.
