Telling former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif categorically that he was left with no other option after the rejection of his request for extension in visa by the UK government, Minister of State for Information Farrukh Habib on Friday urged him to stop being stubborn and return to Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad along with Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs and Kamyab Jawan Programme Head Usman Dar, he said now even the UK government had made it clear to the former prime minister that he had no future in their country. “But alas! He is still living in London like a ‘fugitive’,” he regretted.

Speaking on the occasion, Kambyab Jawan Programme Head Usman Dar said today the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government had met the demand made by the youth of Pakistan to give them access to details of the programme. “We want the country’s youth to see to it themselves how much the programme is transparent and how much there is adherence to merit,” Dar asserted.

He claimed that so far the programme had changed the lives of thousands of people in the country as the government had fulfilled its promise of providing jobs to the youth so that they could stand on their own feet.

Adviser to the PM claimed that so far there was 100 per cent adherence to merit in the release of loans to the youth so that they could start their own businesses.
