An accountability court in Lahore has adjourned the hearing of Ashiyana Housing scandal case till Dec 13 as the National Accountability Bureau has failed to submit its response in the court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif and former LDA DG Ahmad Cheema appeared before the accountability court on Monday.

During the hearing, the anti-graft watchdog could not submit its response to the acquittal applications of Shehbaz’s co-accused Bilal Qadwai and Imtiaz Haider.

In its reference, the NAB accused Shehbaz and other government officials of incurring a loss of billions of rupees to the national kitty due to their wrongdoings.
