Lahore traffic advisory for PSL 7 issued, Ferozpur Road to close for vehicles

The traffic advisory plan has been issued for the convenience of the citizens as the second leg of the seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) all ready to be held in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Muntazir Mehdi, a total of 11 DSPs, 90 inspectors will be on duty for traffic arrangements on the occasion of PSL. 

Meanwhile, over 700 wardens will be deployed on the routes and alternative routes of cricket teams.

20 fork lifters, 5 breakdowns will also be deployed for the elimination of queue parking and five parking stands have been allotted for cricket fans and easy access to the stadium.

From the parking stands, spectators will be able to reach Gaddafi Cricket Stadium via shuttle service.

According to the CTO, the intersection from Davis Chowk to Governor House Chowk will be closed for traffic.

During the match, the intersection from Ichhra Bridge to Kalma Chowk will be closed for traffic.

Kalma Chowk Underpass, Firdous Market Road from Center Point will also be open for all types of traffic.

Underpass Kalma, Center Point, Firdous Market, Cantt and Defence will remain open from Barkat Market.
