A young man was killed by unknown suspects at the CDA Stop in the limits of Sabzi Mandi area of Islamabad on Friday and the police took a girl, suspected of involvement, into custody from the scene, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

According to police, the incident took place at CDA Stop close to Sabzi Mandi police station where the 25-year-old unidentified man was shot in the head by the attackers, who were riding motorcycles. The assailants escaped after shooting the youth fatally. 

However, the police took a girl into custody from the scene.

According to initial statement of the girl, two motorcyclists shot the deceased and fled. The girl then revealed to the police that the deceased approached her through an online gaming site. 

“The body of the victim has been shifted to the hospital, a case will be registered according to the post-mortem report,” said police. 

No mobile, wallet or any identity document was recovered from the victim. Moreover, the attackers also took away the mobile phone of the deceased. 

The police have also registered a case of the incident against the unknown assailants.
