Additional IG Operations Punjab and Director General Pakistan Police Sports Board Inam Ghani Saturday said the department will continue to encourage and support players in police force as per vision and direction of IG Punjab Shoaib Dastgir.

During a meeting with players of Punjab Police golf team at Central Police Office, he said players of Punjab Police golf team have represented the department at national and international level and won laurels in the past whereas these players guide and also coach young players based upon their abilities and experience which is a good effort for promotion of this game.

Lady inspector Shehzadi Gulfam, Sub Inspector Muhammad Javed, Assistant Sub Inspector Muhammad Sultan, Traffic Warden Babar Ali, Constable Muhammad Jamshed (Dolphin Police) and Constable Ghulam Qadir (Dolphin Police) were among the players who have been securing fame and success by taking part in every level including international and Pakistani Golf Tournaments.

During the meeting, players showed their determination by ensuring that they will brighten the name of Punjab Police forever by utilising all their abilities and efforts.
