LHC rejects pleas for contempt of court action against Maryam

The Lahore High Court on Monday disposed of petitions seeking contempt of court proceedings against PML-N leaders including Maryam Nawaz, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The court rejected all the petitions against Maryam Nawaz Azam Nazeer Tarar and others after declaring them inadmissible. 

Earlier, in the day the court reserved its ruling on petitions for the contempt of court proceedings. The court reserved its decision on the admissibility of the petitions.

Justice Shujaat Ali Khan reserved the verdict on the pleas of a local lawyer.

The judgment on petitions for the contempt of court proceedings against Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar and other was also reserved.
