A man and his nephew were killed in an incident of firing in the Dakhan area of Shikarpur on Thursday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to reports, both the deceased, who were heading to Ratodero to attend a court hearing, were ambushed and shot dead on Indus Highway.

As soon as the news of the killings of the two men broke, firing ensued between members of the two rival clans, resulting in injuries to four women who were then shifted to a hospital.

Police, however, preferred to stay away from the scene, turning the entire area into a ‘No-Go’ area, and raising fears of more bloodshed.
