SC denies Swati’s stay at Judicial Rest House in Quetta

Supreme Court (SC) issued a declaration on Sunday and denied Senator Azam Swati’s stay at the judicial rest house in Quetta, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Senator Azam Swati accused that the ‘video’ was recorded during his stay with his wife at the Judicial Rest house In Quetta.

The SC’s declaration said that the rest house is administered and managed by the Registrar's office of the Supreme Court and only the serving and retired Judges can stay at the Judicial Rest House. Thus, Azam Swati never stayed at the rest house.

The SC further declared that according to the Special Branch Balochistan, Swati stayed at the Balochistan Judicial complex, which is not under the control of the Supreme Court.

The Apex Court in the declaration stated that Azam Swati had only made false accusations of the offensive video recording in the Judicial lodges Quetta in his press conference.
