Female bike-snatcher arrested in Karachi

It seems like gone are the days when only males were committing crimes like bike-snatching and robberies as now a female bike-snatcher has surfaced in Karachi.

Karachi police have arrested an 18-year-old female bike-snatcher Beenish aka Katu and recovered a motorbike from her possession, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Tuesday.

Acting along with her comrades, Beenish used menswear so nobody could have the slightest doubt on her female gender. Police released the female robber’s picture in which she was wearing a men’s shirt, which she used to wear during her robbery attempts.

Police have arrested her and registered an FIR against her as she confessed she had been committing robberies with the assistance of her two other robber-comrades. 

The TV channel reported that Karachi police have started a further investigation against her.
