Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Parvez Elahi on Sunday said that no enemy can cast evil eye in the presence of Pakistan Armed Forces.

In a joint message marking the Defence Day, PML-Q leaders said that 6th September is a day of great significance for our Armed Forces for the defence and protection of the motherland. “Thank God that the defence of Pakistan is in strong hands. We salute the sacrifices and courage of the Pakistan Army,” Chaudhrys said.

“Enemies of Pakistan must not have any misunderstanding. India should stop committing atrocities against Kashmiris and must give Kashmiris their right to self-determination in accordance with United Nations resolutions,” the statement reads.

Shujaat Hussain and Pervaiz Elahi said the slogan of ‘Kashmir will become Pakistan’ will soon become a reality. “Today every Pakistani stands with Kashmiris and in the current situation we should resolve to celebrate this day with new passion, enthusiasm and determination,” the message read.

The Chaudhry brothers said it is because of martyrs that we are observing this day and this day the nation pays homage and salute to the martyrs and their families.
