Two persons died on the spot while three were seriously injured when a speeding car slammed into a tree near Bamboh in Shakargarh on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The injured were shifted to tehsil headquarters hospital while bodies of the dead were lying on the road till the filing of this report.

Those who were killed in the incident are reported to be the residents of Tarapur area.
