Former interior minister and Awami Muslim League Chief Sh Rashid Ahmad has said that earthly powers are with 15 parties of ruling coalition while celestial power and people are with Imran Khan. He has also denounced the Election Commission saying the Sharifs and Zardari are behind the suppositions and controversies of the ECP, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

In his tweet on Sunday, Sheikh Rashid wrote: “Politicians are washing their dirty linen in the media. They are interested in the photo-op during floods but they have no time to appoint the governor of the State Bank. Earthly powers are with 15 ruling parties, while celestial powers and people are with Imran Khan. The Sharifs and Zardari are behind the suppositions and controversies of the Election Commission of Pakistan.”

“The country is heading towards default. Foreign exchange reserves, remittances and exports are decreasing. The finance minister levies taxes in one week and then withdraw them the next week. All the constitutional amendments so far have not been made for the country's sake, they have been incorporated to further self-interest. Even the Army Chief has to make calls for the release of loans. August is an important month.”
