Two persons died while the other two got injured when an over-speeding tanker crashed into a car, reported 24NewsHD TV on Monday.

The accident occurred at the M-3 Motorway near Sumundri.

According to the Motorway Police, the accident happened as a result of over speeding.

The injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital. According to the police, the dead and injured belong to Toba Tek SIgh area of Faisalabad.

The Motorway has a speed limit of 120KM/H for light vehicles and 110KM/H for heavy vehicles.

However, the smooth road usually lured the drivers to commit over speeding that results into such unfortunate incidents, especially when the season of the fog has descended upon the plains of the Punjab province.
