A girl committed suicide by jumping into sea from the point of Do Darya Seaview in Karachi last night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

The Edhi rescue team is searching for the girl’s body in the sea. The rescue operation was halted last night due to darkness.

The girl was identified as Sara Malik, d/o Ibrar Ahmad.

The reason for her suicide is yet to be determined.
