Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday postponed his Karachi visit due to bad weather in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Special Assistant to PM Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the prime minister had to inaugurate various developmental projects in Karachi, adding that the Governor Sindh Imran Ismail will now inaugurate those projects while representing the prime minister.

Firdous Awan said that Karachi is the economic hub of the country and “It is PM Imran Khan’s vision to upgrade it to the level of the modern cities of the world.”
