A police inspector's car went out of control while driving on Qamber Bypass Road in Sindh and rammed into the flood victims' tent.
A 3-year-old innocent kid Behram was killed and four people including his mother were seriously injured due to the collision of the vehicle.
Police said the flood victims were living on the side of the road and 5-year-old Zameer, 8-year-old girl Sabil and their mother are included among the injured persons.
Police Inspector Ghulam Mustafa Kahawar, who is on duty in Larkana, was on his way to Shahdadkot when the accident took place, police said.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, police inspector Ghulam Mustafa has been arrested as he was drunk when the accident was taken place.
