Out of five plots located in Lahore’s Central Business District, the auction of two plots has been completed, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to details, plot No 1, spreading over 18 kanals of land, was auctioned for Rs424 million per kanal as Nova City purchased it for Rs7.63 billion. Nova City had offered the top bid for each kanal of the plot.

Similarly, Prime-II, an 11-kanal plot, was auctioned for Rs382 million per kanal. AC Hasnat JV had offered the largest bid for this piece of land.

The process of auction of the remaining three plots is underway.
