Bollywood actress Karenjit Kaur Vohra most commonly known as Sunny Leone bought a lavish apartment which cost her 16 crore rupees.

She was eager to acclaim her property (carpet area: 3,967 sq.ft) before the government’s stamp duty waver came to an end.

Sunny Leone, also known as Karen Malhotra, purchased a 12th-floor property in a building known as Atlantis located in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The apartment, emphasising on the word ‘apartment’, comes with three parking areas.

“It is an under-construction project and has only 34 apartments, which means the density is low. The unit may have been registered now to take advantage of the stamp-duty cut,” local brokers claimed.

The 40-year-old Bollywood actress with an ‘open’ personality and an ‘unlatched imagination’ made her debut in the MTV Video Music Awards. She also took part in the reality series ‘Big Boss’ and worked in many films.
