Actor Feroze Khan has landed himself in hot waters due to his ongoing divorce saga with ex-wife Syeda Alizey Shah. The Khaani actor filed a case in court for his children’s custody.

In a recent development, Feroze Khan’s lawyer spoke to the media and told them that Feroze Khan is financially not stable to pay the maintenance of his children Sultan Khan and Fatima. 

He said that Feroze Khan is not getting any projects due to abuse allegations.

The lawyer claimed, “We cannot make any promise that we cannot keep. We will cooperate once Feroze start getting project.”

“I hope madam Aliza will also cooperate in this regard,” he added.

However, Alizey Khan’s lawyer said that such statements are merely delaying tactics to avoid maintenance.

The netizens, on the other hand, are outraged and are doubtful about the justifications given by Feroze Khan's lawyer. They are of the view that this is a white lie that an actor who is giving back-to-back hit projects and earning millions cannot afford the maintenance of his own kids.
