A video of an elderly citizen of Varanasi reportedly made rounds on the internet and has gathered attention of the public as he protests against the Modi rule in a unique way.

The elderly man was seen protesting against Modi as he promised that the city of Varanasi will be turned into Kyoto, a city of Japan but even after almost nine years, nothing has changed and the roads are still the same.

The man was laying on the side of a broken road of Varanasi with more potholes than the road itself, them too flooding with sewage water while the traffic behind him suffered.

The people in comments seemed to side with the man and criticized the government for not fulfilling their promises and not reconstructing damaged roads.
