The veteran politician Ch Shujaat Husain on Sunday said that he sees neither the dissolution of the Punjab assembly nor snap polls in the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

He was taking to a delegation of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) led by Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari here on Sunday.

The delegation called on Pakistan Muslim League- Quaid (PML-Q) supremo Ch Shujaat Hussain to enquire about his health.

Both leaders consulted on the political situation in Punjab and agreed to continue to work in harmony with each other ‘for the progress and prosperity of the country’.

Former federal minister of law and justice Khalid Ranjha is also present on the occasion.

Abdul Ghafoor Haidari said that PTI Chairman Imran Khan damaged the country as well as its culture and politics with his abusive language.

“Ch Shujaat Hussain's name in politics is tolerance and perseverance,” he added.
