Karachi facing loadshedding up to 14 hours

Provincial capital of Sindh, Karachi has been left at the mercy of K-Electric as citizen are facing the worst power crisis and the duration of loadshedding in different parts of the city has reached up to 14 hours.

Rafi Garden area of Malir was left without power overnight while other areas of the city also faced sever electricity crisis including Lines Area, Shah Faisal Colony, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Buffer Zone, Kala Pul, Hazara Colony, Patel Para, Gwalior Society Scheme 33 and Orangi Town. A technical fault has been reported at the K-Electric Call Center.

Citizens say that they pay their bills regularly, yet the power outage by K-Electric in the name of faults and load management in the scorching heat is nothing short of a nuisance.
