Robbers took away one of the sacrificial goats from outside of the house of cricketer Kamran Akmal in Lahore late Thursday night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

Cricketer’s father told media that a servant had been assigned the duty to guard six goats tied with a rope outside the home. “But incidentally he dozed off,” he said, adding that later when the servant woke up, he was shocked to see that one of the animals, which was the most precious one, was missing.

Kamran’s father further said that he had intimated the security personnel of the private housing society he was living in about the incident. “And they have assured me that they will trace the burglars,” he informed.
