Former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Monday becomes the latest victim of coronavirus.

According to details, the former PM and PML N leader was tested for Coronavirus recently which came positive. As per protocols, the former PM has quarantined himself at his home in Islamabad.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is currently on bail in the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) case.

It is pertinent to mention that since Eidul Fitr coronavirus cases have risen exponentially in the country and the parliamentarians have also their share of the virus.

So far about half-a-dozen MPs of different parries and provinces have succumbed to the virus

The total numbers of cases were just around 18000 by the start of May but have now increased by approximately 82000 in just a span of over one month with maximum cases being reported during the last ten days of Ramazan and after Eid ul Fitr.
